FlowLense

Know where work is stuck.

The ERP sees transactions and the chat sees conversations. FlowLense sees how work actually moves between them, from lead to payment, and where it stalls.

FlowLense is planned for Phase 1 (2026–2028). It is not available yet; this page describes what we intend to build.

The question it answers

“How does work actually move here?”

Every company runs invisible processes. The quotation that waited four days for an approval, the dispatch that slipped because a handoff was missed. FlowLense rebuilds each journey from the chat and ERP evidence DataLense already holds, measures it, and shows where the time goes. Process mining, without months of consulting.

What it will read

  • Leads
  • Quotations
  • Negotiations
  • Orders
  • Production
  • Dispatch
  • Invoices
  • Payments

What it will surface

  • Bottlenecks and approvals that are stuck
  • Handoffs that fail between teams
  • Steps repeated by hand every day
  • Deviations from the way work is meant to flow

FlowLense, in short.

What is FlowLense?

FlowLense is CloudLense's process intelligence product. The ERP sees transactions and the chat sees conversations. FlowLense sees how work actually moves between them, from lead to payment, and where it stalls.

Is FlowLense available today?

Not yet. FlowLense is on the CloudLense roadmap for Phase 1 (2026–2028). Today, DataLense is the CloudLense product that is live.

How does FlowLense relate to DataLense?

FlowLense reads the Business Reality Graph that DataLense builds, so it starts with the conversations, files and ERP records a business has already connected. It answers a different question: "How does work actually move here?"

We’re raising our seed round.

To take DataLense to more businesses, and to build SignalLense and FlowLense on the same graph. If you back companies that turn messy reality into software, we’d like to show you the deck.
