CustomerLense

Know what customers need.

Not another CRM. A CRM tells you what your company knows about a customer; CustomerLense tells you what the customer is actually experiencing.

CustomerLense is planned for Phase 2 (2028–2030). It is not available yet; this page describes what we intend to build.

The question it answers

“Who needs attention, why, and what should happen next?”

Customer state lives across chats, calls, orders, payments, complaints and returns. CustomerLense combines them into one living state per customer: happy, waiting, negotiating, at risk, growing, going quiet. The output is not a dashboard. It is a short list of who needs attention today, and why.

What it will read

  • Conversations
  • Email
  • Calls
  • Orders
  • Payments
  • Complaints
  • Returns

What it will surface

  • Customers at risk while there is still time to act
  • Accounts that are growing and ready for more
  • Customers waiting on a promise the team forgot
  • Who has gone quiet, and since when

CustomerLense, in short.

What is CustomerLense?

CustomerLense is CloudLense's customer reality product. Not another CRM. A CRM tells you what your company knows about a customer; CustomerLense tells you what the customer is actually experiencing.

Is CustomerLense available today?

Not yet. CustomerLense is on the CloudLense roadmap for Phase 2 (2028–2030). Today, DataLense is the CloudLense product that is live.

How does CustomerLense relate to DataLense?

CustomerLense reads the Business Reality Graph that DataLense builds, so it starts with the conversations, files and ERP records a business has already connected. It answers a different question: "Who needs attention, why, and what should happen next?"

We’re raising our seed round.

To take DataLense to more businesses, and to build SignalLense and FlowLense on the same graph. If you back companies that turn messy reality into software, we’d like to show you the deck.
