This policy covers the CloudLense website, cloudlense.com. DataLense, our product, has its own privacy policy at datalense.app/privacy, which covers the data businesses connect to it.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you email hello@cloudlense.com, we keep your message and address to reply and to follow up on the conversation you started.
• How the site is used. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are read and where the site is confusing. It records pages visited, clicks, scrolling and device information, and sets cookies to do so.

The site has no sign-in and no forms, and we don’t sell personal data.

Why

To answer you, and to make the site clearer. Analytics are based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used; you can block them with your browser’s privacy settings or a content blocker without losing anything on the site.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and Microsoft (for Clarity) process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@cloudlense.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
