OpsLense

Make the business run.

The operational command centre: an exception queue across orders, stock, production, dispatch and payments, where routine work is done within the limits a business sets.

OpsLense is planned for Phase 3 (2030 onward). It is not available yet; this page describes what we intend to build.

The question it answers

“What needs intervention right now?”

DataLense tells you what is happening. OpsLense makes sure the business is running. It turns every other Lens into an exception queue: the few things that need a person now, the ones at risk, and the many running normally, with the routine handled by agents inside rules the owner sets.

What it will read

  • Orders
  • Inventory
  • Production
  • Dispatch
  • People
  • Payments
  • Service levels

What it will surface

  • 7 things that need intervention
  • 14 things at risk
  • 96 things running normally
  • Routine actions done within your limits, all logged

OpsLense at work

  1. Exception found
  2. Recommended action
  3. Approved or within limits
  4. Done
  5. Logged and reversible

Illustrative.

OpsLense, in short.

What is OpsLense?

OpsLense is CloudLense's autonomous operations product. The operational command centre: an exception queue across orders, stock, production, dispatch and payments, where routine work is done within the limits a business sets.

Is OpsLense available today?

Not yet. OpsLense is on the CloudLense roadmap for Phase 3 (2030 onward). Today, DataLense is the CloudLense product that is live.

How does OpsLense relate to DataLense?

OpsLense reads the Business Reality Graph that DataLense builds, so it starts with the conversations, files and ERP records a business has already connected. It answers a different question: "What needs intervention right now?"

We’re raising our seed round.
