FinanceLense

Know where the money is going.

Revenue is not enough. FinanceLense joins orders, invoices, payments and the promises made in chat to show cash, margin and risk as they really are.

FinanceLense is planned for Phase 2 (2028–2030). It is not available yet; this page describes what we intend to build.

The question it answers

“What will hurt our cash flow in the next 30 days?”

Accounting tells you what was booked. The risk to cash is usually visible earlier, in a delayed dispatch or a payment promise that slipped in a chat. FinanceLense reads both, and forecasts receivables, working capital and profitability by customer and product, with the evidence behind each number.

What it will read

  • ERP and accounting
  • Bank
  • Invoices
  • Orders
  • Inventory
  • Payments
  • Expenses

What it will surface

  • Receivables at risk in the next 30 days
  • Customer and product profitability
  • Payment behaviour by customer
  • Working capital tied up in stock

FinanceLense at work

  1. Promise in chat
  2. Invoice in ERP
  3. Payment due
  4. Payment late
  5. Cash at risk, flagged

FinanceLense, in short.

What is FinanceLense?

FinanceLense is CloudLense's financial reality product. Revenue is not enough. FinanceLense joins orders, invoices, payments and the promises made in chat to show cash, margin and risk as they really are.

Is FinanceLense available today?

Not yet. FinanceLense is on the CloudLense roadmap for Phase 2 (2028–2030). Today, DataLense is the CloudLense product that is live.

How does FinanceLense relate to DataLense?

FinanceLense reads the Business Reality Graph that DataLense builds, so it starts with the conversations, files and ERP records a business has already connected. It answers a different question: "What will hurt our cash flow in the next 30 days?"

We’re raising our seed round.

To take DataLense to more businesses, and to build SignalLense and FlowLense on the same graph. If you back companies that turn messy reality into software, we’d like to show you the deck.
